Harvest: manual in cases in the second half of September with careful selection of the finest grapes
Wine-making and aging process: Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for at least 30 days. Maturation in French oak barriques for 24 months followed by 12 months in concrete cask and subsequent aging in bottles for at least 12 months
Alcohol volume: 15%
Size: Bordolese 0,75 lt.
Tasting notes: Ruby intense color with garnet reflections , intense and complex on the nose with spicy and balsamic hints and cherry, dark fruit notes and tobacco aromas.
