\nWine-making and aging process:<\/strong> it is a unique, small production lot, crafted and aged in the Burgundian style. It is both fermented in the barrel and barrel-aged in French oak for 12 months followed by at least 12 months in bottles.

\nTasting notes:<\/strong> Bright yellow with golden reflections. Broad and complex on the nose with apple flavors, fresh pineapple and balsamic hints.
